This is a new hotel, so it's updated and very clean. The staff was great. The room was a bit small and didn't come with a lot of amenities, but it is an extended stay. It did have a full fridge and an electric stovetop and you can't beat the price. You can hear the highway a little, but I'm a light sleeper and it didn't bother me. Overall, a great room and price. Especially if you don't want to over pay in the college town nearby.

Internet down when I got here. Not her fault. She was nice. This room had hard, uncomfortable, noisy beds. No coffee. Only two towels. No toiletries or blow dryer. These days almost all Hotels have that.

I didn’t worry too much at the time, as I had purchased the insurance intended to cover emergencies like this. However, I have yet to receive any response or update regarding a refund.
