Loved this hotel and their staff! Bed was very comfortable, Double Queen Suite was terrific. Pet friendly and Very clean. The only small complaint I have was their “breakfast”. For such a nice, somewhat pricey hotel, the breakfast offering was not so great. Felt a lot like “fast food” rather than a fresh breakfast to start the day. Otherwise, I would stay there any time!

This hotel was PERFECT!!!! All the ways you could need. P E T S with 2 of our dogs we were charged $75.00 for both since we were stay 4 night. They even gave us a special door tag to let the cleaning staff know we had dogs. Please make sure you bring you dogs some pee-pee pads to be considerate to the hotel and the next guest. Locations was great, many resturants and only 8 minunte drive to the airport. Only 25 min. to historic downtown and Greyson stadium to watc the SAVANNAH BANANAS. Beats time ever, Thanks 2Home Suites.....

Comfortable but breakfast lacking.

We stay at this Home 2 Suites every year on our way to vacation in Florida. It’s always clean, comfortable and convenient. However the breakfast buffet seemed to be lacking from previous years. Didn’t seem fresh, less food variety and bland. That’s not going to make us change venues in the future, but I would like to see the breakfast restored to its previous glory.

We stayed 7 days at this property. Close to the airport and easy access to highways to go to downtown Savannah 21 minutes away. The location and facility was fantastic. The breakfast NOT so much. the yogurt machine was broke the entire time and there is only so many ways you can make a breakfast sandwich. not a very good selection.

This is difficult for me to rate. The customer service was great but we did run into issues with the facilities. The pool was not the cleanest so we did not bother to get in. Our room smelled like a wet dog when we checked in and the front desk moved us inediately to another room. The next room smelled fine and appeared to be clean. There was also plenty of space. The problem is when my husband woke up in the morning, there was a roach crawling on him. I did report this to the front desk and they refunded us for the night.

The room itself was fine, but there were no sheets/pillows for the pullout sofa, so we had to go to the front desk late at night to get them. That inconvenience was compounded by the fact that the two elevators were no longer worked (we were on the 4th floor), and were still not working when we left after 10am the following morning with 5 large suitcases and 3 golf bags.

Parking isn’t free and weed is abundant

You have to pay to park…even for a handicap tag!!! It was not mentioned prior. We were there for a concert. When we got back to our room which was only 3 away from the lobby, it smelled like a marijuana factory. The room next door was smoking loud and proud. Even other guests could smell it in the lobby when I came to inquire about another room. I was told there was not one available, but they could refund my parking fee. Area was great to stay but not sure that I’ll be back to this hotel again.
