The property was very far off the highway. They were very hard to book online but that might have been Expedia issues. They sold our room but luckily they had someone else not show up.

I was very disappointed staying here because I left my prescription glasses and they were not turned in by housekeeping. Obviously its my fault for leaving them but its frustrating that they could have been returned had housekeeping turned them in. I called many times to see if it had been recovered and it was never treated as a priority or as if they cared. If it hadn't been for that, I would have given it 5 stars.

Very nice property with very nice employees. The breakfast was nice with options, the pool was nice but really cold. The showers need something on the actual flooring because it is very slippery. Will stay again.

Checked in around 630pm and was told the room i reserved was no longer available. Was offered a lesser room which i had no choice but to accept. Was given keycards to the room. Entered the room which was filthy, literally. Overflowing garbage, unmaid beds, linens on the ground. Made the front desk aware and was given keycards to another room. Entered that room. Room was also filthy. Overflowing garbage and beds weren't made. Another trip to the front desk. Obviously frustrated at this point, i was given keycards to yet another room. This time on a different floor. This room finally appeared clean, but had no linens/towels in the bathroom and no remote for the TV. Terrible experience. No management. Over all terrible hotel!

We stayed here for Valentine's weekend for only 3 reasons. Location to the my old ky dinner train, the pool, and they said they had suites. These are not suites, it's a room with a couch bed. Go next door to the Hampton. They have suites. The pool was closed. We messaged the hotel and told them we were only staying for the pool and wanted to leave in the morning and not have to pay for the 2 night so we could go elsewhere with a pool. They never responded. Also, don't look at the pictures of their breakfast on Expedia because you are not going to see bacon or some other items that you think you will. Again, go next door to the Hampton. Huge suites, decent breakfast, and a huge pool that is not closed.

Check the pool before you check-in

I was visiting my grandbabies 4 states away from my home and booked there because it was not older it was close to their home and it had a POOL. I callled before booking the room which was at 3pm to make sure the pool was open. The lady said it was open and ready to go....I get there at 345pm and THE POOL WAS CLOSED!!! The main reason I wanted there was so I could enjoy the pool with my grandchildren. The room was nice n clean no problems there. The breakfast food was COLD..COLD GRAVY ON HARD BISCUITS COLD EGGS . But at 1015am 1030am 1045am and 1055am I got knocks on the door from houskeeping asking when was I leaving...check out time was 11am. As if they were rushing me before my 6 hour ride home just to clean the 4 rooms that were rented on that floor. There were less that 5 cars in the parking lot over night so I know it was not a full house for them to be RUSHING like that. Over all just very disappointed from check-in to check-out the room was very comfy and clean but customer service and food was terrible..not to mention the big let downnof being told the pool was open and was closed.

The toilet in my room was broken and you knew it before we came, because you set a plunger outside of the room. Instead of just moving us to another room. I do not want to pay for this I will stay at talbott inn next time
