This is a completely private upper-level suite with its own separate entrance and dedicated HVAC system. EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT · We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. - Unplug patio lights upon leaving.
- Bag all the garbage and make sure to double-tie all bags.

The house was perfect for us. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The location was great as it was close to everything we needed. We would definitely consider staying here again!
The host was very responsive to questions ahead of our stay and provided great information during our stay at the house. We stayed for two days on a weekend to take the family to West Ed, it was a short drive, maybe 10 minutes. Would book again if we come back.
Great accommodation for a family or group of friends. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Communication was very timely. Hot tub was a welcome warmth in the Edmonton cold.
The property was fantastic, clean and easy to find. The one thing I do have to say is because the backyard is tiny gravel if you have children its hard not to get gravel in the hot tub.
