The room was dirty, I went to go make coffee in the morning and there was a used coffee pod in the machine still. The floors were visibly dirty. The toilet did not work properly and made a loud noise our entire stay. We woke up at 4am to the ceiling dripping water beside the bed. I also grabbed a bagel from the free continental breakfast and it was moldy. I am still waiting for the manager Dyan to contact me for a full refund. Horrible hotel.

Bed sheets were made, however for sure not cleaned. Homeless wandering outside made it weary to go out for a cigarette as they wouldn’t leave us alone upon our arrival. Otherwise for a ghetto cheap hotel next to the Expo centre it wasn’t bad.

We felt completely catfished by this listing on Expedia. The hotel looked alot nicer than it actually was and my friend and I were actually nervous to stay here at first. The lack of cleanliness and age of the room showed immensely, surrounded by the welcome wagon of homeless people at the front door. Thank goodness the man at the front desk keeps the door locked to keep the riff raff out. The cost of this room was outrageous for the quality of what the stay was. I'm not sure if this hotel used to be really nice at one time, but whatever the case is, it appears to have gone significantly downhill.

Does need some updating, but for a place to lay your head it was OK if they could try and clean up the outside and get rid of the homeless and not there it would be much better.

The room had cockroaches and there was no microwave as stated on listing. The house keeping didn't do anything in our room.. no TP or clean towels for showers. Even when house keeping was asked to come and do stuff.. no plugs for sink or tub. over all would not recommend..

I did online check in and out my visa number and everything in so when we arrived I wouldn't have to do anything but get the key it said.... that didn't happen. Had to check in all over again. Waste of time . Don't offer something that isn't valid

Certainly not the nicest part of town to stay in. That being said; staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms while not exactly modern are well kept and its budget friendly. Awsome little barber shop right off the lobby!

This is a rather seedy area of Edmonton. The property itself is rather run-down esp. the parking lot which has potholes and is very dirty.
