Daughter dropped her phone behind a bed in one of the family suites when we pulled the bed out we found someone elses socks and toy car. The pool was out of order which was sad but understandable things happen. Location was great close to everything.

I’ve stayed at this hotel over a dozen times and for the most part enjoy it but this particular visit they gave me an “upgrade” from my regular king size bed room that I booked to a king size with kitchenette. I appreciate the idea. However, you put me in a room that is regularly booked with Pets. There was dog hair everywhere, room smelled and you put a massive family above me with children banging on the floor at 2:30am. Just give me the room I booked plz.

Great stay, may need to address first aid kits.

The room was great, the stay was fantastic. Having a dennys in the hotel was great for slipping out to bring the mrs breakfast in bed before she was getting up. Only issue we had was after having an accident in the room that required a little medical attention the first aid kit at the desk was woefully unprepared to handle a bandaging up a headwound.
