What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing: - The home can get a bit warm in the summer months and the house does not offer air conditioning but we do have cooling tower fans to help keep the suite cool on warmer days. - This property is an individual unit in a multi-family triplex so while no space is shared as it has it's own completely separate entrance, there is slight potential for noise from the other adjacent units in the complex, however we have installed sound barriers between the floors and door to ensure the best sleeps possible for each and every guest! - This home does have another suite that is also a short term rental AND there is a possibility that the other suite guests may have pets.
This guest suite comfortably sleeps 6 with one King size bed in the master, one queen sized bed in the 2nd bedroom as well as a large double high queen air mattress you can set up in the spacious living room. All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our suite also has a full sized washroom that is sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.

Guest access You have full and total access of our suite during your stay, including the garage located the back side of the home. 1. Sign our short-term rental agreement This is a standard document that outlines the terms of your stay, our house rules, and general policies. It protects both parties and helps us maintain the quality of our homes and guest experiences. The rental agreement will be sent automatically after your reservation is confirmed and can be signed digitally in just a few clicks.
2. Complete ID verification All guests are required to verify their identity through our secure platform. This one-time step helps us ensure the safety of our community and property, and only takes a few minutes.
3. Choose your damage protection option You’ll have two options to finalize your booking: – Pay a $50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver, which provides up to $700 CAD in coverage for accidental damage during your stay. OR – Choose a refundable $700 CAD security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold on your credit card taken 2 days before check-in and released automatically 5 days after check-out, provided there is no damage or violation of house rules. Please note: A 2% processing fee is retained by our payment processor, so the refunded amount will be $686 CAD. However, if you cancel your reservation before the deposit is processed, you will not be charged this fee.

Completion of these steps is required to finalize your booking prior to receiving check in instructions and entry codes.
We have exterior cameras on both the front and back of the house. There is keyless entry to the home which a code will be provided to you after you book with us.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
