Comfortable 3 bedroom ranch located in a great private beach community in East Quogue. Located across Tiana Bay from Dune Road, this private community has ample property space for enjoyment of the 20x45' heated pool, outdoor heated shower, rear deck and access to private beach and marina. The house is well stocked, has wi-fi, beach toys, pool toys, kayaks etc.
Ideal for small family to relax by the pool or beach, go for walks along the wooded area which backs onto the property.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can expect to find a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a fenced private yard.
