"the cabin was clean and nicely decorated with a home feeling. I loved the porches (2) and couch and rockers on them made for a nice visit with my ozark family.Eric got back with me right away and had answers for all my questions. "The worst place I have ever stayed, the room was disgusting, very dirty every where, caked on dust on all the surfaces, pictures, etc. Microwave was nasty, TV and stand very dusty, towels,washcloths, and sheets had black stains on them. Toilet had black mold all under the rim, shower and shower curtain looked as though hadn't been cleaned in ages, floor was nasty too and roach was climbing up the wall, cob webs hanging from the ceiling. I asked for a different room and that one was just as bad, accept it was suppose to be a non-smoking and all I could smell was a very smoked in room, not healthy for my lungs. I asked for something different, they said they had nothing available, but said they would give me back my money so I could go else where, but when I said, yes do that, the management said that was not possible. The property was not kept up either, very disappointing to say the least. Very poorly managed, sad!! I was in town for a family funeral and that was sad enough to experience, then to experience the motel was just awful!!"
