Make sure your room has heating

Hotel and restraunt staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the lack of working heating in the room made the stay a poor experience. Room felt cold and uninviting.

Had a week long stay and the heating in the room didn't work at all. Notified staff multiple times and was never sorted. How they reacted was as if they were aware of the heating being faulty and it had become the norm. Others staying in the hotel had also complained. Temperatures dropped to -6 during the nights during my stay. Not pleased at all

Disturbed at 4am Saturday morning by talking from a neighbouring back garden...lasted until 5 am ! No fresh orange juice available in the restaurant at breakfast the whole sray and on our last morning NO Milk !
