Gena's Sierra Inn was an okay option for a last minute stay near Sequoia/Kings Canyon National Park. Its 15-20 mins outside the park and 5 mins down the road theres a gas station and a good coffee shop. My stay was okay because the carpet in the room was a bit dirty. There was also 3 small dead bugs (1 on the inside of the front door, 1 in the side room/closet and 1 in the cealing by the top bed/bunk bed). The room size was a bit small. It was like the size of regular bedroom in typical house (though it might be a bit too small for some people specially when you compare it to a typical room in a hotel). The shower had low water pressure but it worked. The beds were comfortable and the room filled its purpose to provide a shower and a bed. So if you're looking for somewhere spacious to relax and spend the night, Gena's might not be for you. But if u just need a place to shower and sleep, then visit Gena's Sierra Inn.
