Hidden Gem - Perfect Base for Visiting the Parks

This place is a true gem! Amazingly charming B&B - perfect base for day trips to Sequoia and King's Canyon Parks. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, beautiful property. The owner, Connie, was sweet and helpful, and you will want seconds or thirds of the breakfast every morning.

We spent two nights here while visiting the Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The property is clean and safe. There are lots of hummingbirds that we enjoyed watching. Connie gave us some very useful advice about how to tours the parks the most efficiently. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Branded B&B! The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, right from check-in, we felt so welcomed. The breakfast they served morning was absolutely delicious, with great variety and homemade touches that made it feel special. The place itself is peaceful and cozy, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time with family. We truly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

This bed and breakfast is sitting in the 5 acres land, Connie the owner is very friendly and accommodating and provided us delicious home made breakfast. The feeders in the backyard attracts a lot of hummingbirds, I really enjoyed watching them and hanging out with the friendly dogs. I picked some yellow peaches with Connie's permission and they were delicious. It is located about 30 minutes outside of the entrance between kings canyon and sequoia which was perfect for us who are visiting both parks. It is ranch style and I'll love to stay again in Spring when everything around will be green.

Hummingbird paradise in the foothills

Connie is a wonderful host. The Ranch is rustic, and you are greeted by Remie and Missy, the ranch dogs, upon arrival. I wasn't sure from the photos, but you are indeed staying in the other half of her large home, not separate outbuildings. The rooms are clean, comfortable, as is the rest of the house. Connie literally invites her guests to make themselves at home. Full run of the place, outside her private quarters, of course. While her morning breakfasts are whatever she plans on any given day, they are outstanding, and I'm sure those with dietary restrictions could make prior arrangements. Her knowledge of the Park is great, and she has a nice reference library.

What else can I say, just a great stay and great find! This is a place that captures the essence of what the B&B was originally. There are still a few out there and this is one of ‘em. Connie is an amazing host and she sure slays a darn good morning frittata! For dinner I definitely recommend the pizza place there in town. And a mile or so eastbound outside a gas station there was a nice family setup roadside selling blueberries and delicious baked goods.

No Place Like Home

So nice to spend the night at “home”vs hotel room after a day of hiking and sightseeing. Host also like family with more to share than big house and hearty breakfast…interesting conversation and helpful local info yet also honors privacy. Would stay again and recommend for couples or families.

The property is a ranch well maintained. The host makes the breakfast which is really amazing and delicious. For us she made Biscuits and Frittatas. Very yummy and delicious served with fruits, coffee and juice. We were travelling with kids who had fun in the evening and were engaged in the activities. The host did talk to us and share good experiences. It was fun and overall a wonderful experience.
