The check in was awesome! The room was okay, but the beds were amazing and so was the view! The rooftop spa pool was incredible as was the sauna and hot tub in the indoor pool area!

our stay was great- 1st time at this property- have been too and stayed in Duluth MANY times, this is a hotel I would return too on another trip! A plus- it had a Sauna- and a rooftop pool we were not aware of, so this was a nice bonus! Breakfast is one of the better ones we have had- breakfast room is a great size, not crowded by people, room to move - only downfall there was no 'meat' for breakfast (bacon/sausage) otherwise staff was friendly and nice, and I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay again.

We have had wonderful stays here in the past. This time we had to wait half an hour past check-in time to get into our room. This is not good PR for The Inn. Also, there should be someone responsible for replenishing the breakfast items when they run out. On the plus side, our lakeside balcony room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and we are thankful for that.

The roof top pool was fantastic and the staff was nice even though I did not have much interaction with them. I would say compared to the other hotels on canal park the Inn was showing it's age. And the breakfast was lacking. Plus when we were looking for an afternoon coffee it was empty.
