We were pleasantly surprised by this resort. The staff were kind, the hotel is aging but very clean, it was quiet and the location was fantastic. Shocked by how few customers the restaurant had because the vibe is beautiful and the food was delicious (highly recommend the avocado toast or the chilaquiles on the breakfast menu) We will definitely stay here again

Setting is tucked off highway giving calm after an active travel day, staff were welcoming, kind & accommodating. A coffee & cocoa bar in lobby with complimentary cookies & large stone fireplace added to the ambiance. Beds were so comfortable. We didn’t dine in restaurant however menu looked enticing!

we has some issues with our door locks, the internet waws out for bit and they wouldn't work at all and then our inside door completely quit working. We also didn't get a code for the pool and had to call.

Was very happy with everything from the fire pit before check in to the fantastic dinner. Very seldom do we stay until the check out time but definitely soaked up every minute!

Check in was uneventful although took longer than expected. Two people at the desk, three people besides myself waiting. Someone was just interested in seeing the facilities and one of the people behind the desk just walked away and showed them around. Felt they should have taken care of paying people waiting first.

Pros: Clean, large room, fire pit outside, helpful staff Cons: A little expensive for what we got, double beds and no good way to accomodate 3rd person. With high price and no breakfast items, it's reasonable to expect coffee to be available earlier.
