El water park demasiado viejo y los 3 dias hospedados jamás limpiaron la habitación, apesar de que se les informó. Los juegos de máquinas todos dañados. La verdad por el precio esperaba algo mejor. Todos los días sirven el mismo desayuno, no tienen ninguna variedad por lo menos en algo del desayuno. Muy inconforme

The breakfast is not worth eating...eggs looked like the ones boiled in a bag that are full of chemicals. The room walls and furniture are quite worn and beat up. A BIG Plus was that the mattress was Very comfortable and had a good night rest unlike all other hotels. I have Never had a good night sleep like at this hotel. Excellent location to the convention center for our dance competition. I will stay here again despite the negatives. Hopefully they remodel by next year.

The water park and pool were closed during my stay. The place was like a ghost town. There were maybe 4 cars in the parking lot. It looked like they were closed- there weren’t any lights on in the lobby- kind of scary to drive up. The rooms were half remodeled. There was gross yellowed wallpaper in the bathroom. The sink would barely drain and the toilet made a loud squealing noise when it was flushed. The door across the hall was totally kicked in and cracked. Their breakfast consisted of burned coffee, a few bottles of juice and some packaged muffins. Maybe this place is better during the summer season. But I will not be returning.

Start with the bad because its important and if i can spare anyone else dealing with utter disappointment from their children....i would be happy. Check in time is 4pm . Water park closes at 4pm on most days . They are closer Monday tuesday weds. Even if its a homiday and schools closed. This was the single reason we drove many hours to go there. They said they couldnt call me to let me know because we booked through a third party ( expedia ) ive used expedia for years and have had many hotels call me for issues ahead of time with no problem. Check in women said they called others to give them the heads up but they couldnt call us . The good /decent . Breakfast was nice and included , bed comfortable and room clean. Check in staff were nice .

Room was very clean, staff very friendly, waterpark was fun and not run down as ive seen in other reviews. Food and stay was very reasonably priced and a good variety of choices at the continental breakfast.

I wasn’t impressed with the value I thought it was overpriced The breakfast was underwhelming and the line was long with not enough seating The lockers at the water park didn’t want to take a credit card so we had to go get cash

You can tell the hotel has seen better days! Our sink drain and shower drain did not drain well. The water park definitely needs some updates. The staff and cleanliness was great though. We saw online that there are plans to remodel, we will visit again!!

Staff was great, the room is dated, the bathroom needs a good cleaning, tub didnt drain properly, the showerhead was broken, the room door had been kicked in and it disnt close properly and Tiny Romas still doesn't serve alcohol.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room could have been cleaner. The bathroom faucet leaked so much we had to keep a towel around it. The wall heater was filthy. I do like the location though.
