The first day I was here I had breakfast. Itās from 7-10 am. I went at 7 so everything was fresh. The eggs were cold and the potatoes were overly salted. I let the server know about the eggs, he looked me dead in the eyes and said āI donāt care about your feelingsā and walked away.
The third day, my door wouldnāt lock. I called the front desk, waited 20 minutes, called again, and then went downstairs. The latch where the door locks was broken off and the door panel wasnāt lit up as ādoor on, guest hereā like the other rooms were. I asked housekeeping since they were a room over from mine how to get my door locked. They said āThat door doesnāt lock but thereās a camera on it. So thatāll be fine.ā I went downstairs and spoke to two receptionists; they informed me to leave my bags and come back in a few hours. I said āI prepaid over $2,000 for a hotel room. Iāve been here for 3 nights. Iām going out for the day and need to put my belongings in a locked room.ā
On the website they state they have foam pillows upon request. I asked them 3 times for a pillow, because the one in my room was very stiff and I had neck aches for 4 days. I never received a foam pillow even though itās stated on the website, theyāre available upon request.
I was also charged for 7 days, and I stayed for 6 days. They refuse to refund me the $290 for the 7th day.
