Great front desk help!

The front desk staff were so kind to us. This was our first time in Germany and they assisted us with getting directions and telling us about great day trips. I had a medical emergency during the trip and one of the front desk agents called multiple pharmacies for me at night, trying their best to find what I needed. They went out of their way to be helpful.

Rommet var rent, pent og trivelig. Rommet hadde et svensk preg. Lyst tre og lys grønn farge på gardiner og lampe. Baderommet moderne og veldig rent og behagelig. Hadde rom i 3 etasje mot vei med trafikk og trikk. Vindu godt isolert og hørte ingenting av det når vinduet var lukket. Sov likevel med åpent vindu og det gikk også fint. Personalet var veldig hjelpsomt. Hadde glemt ladeledning og de var behjelpelig med å lade mobiltelefonen min så ofte jeg trengte. Dessverre forsvant deres ladeledning ukjent hvor, men da skrev de ut flybilletten min på da jeg hadde 4 prosent igjen av ladning igjen.
