Extremely disappointed with the black mold and mildew in the bathroom. I took pictures, informed the staff and asked to move to a different room. The new “clean” room they offered me also had mildew and mold in the shower, it was a smaller inferior room, and faced a back alleyway wall instead of the lovely view in my original room. As it had only slightly less mold I kept my original room, I informed the staff of my decision, but requested my room be cleaned and put the “please clean” sign on my door. It was not cleaned the whole duration of my 3 night stay.
The executive lounge was excellent. We had a family get together and this location worked very well for the 16 of us. The location was great.
Location was good for museums and easily walk to/from train station. Rooms were very nice.
