Amazing property

The house is perfect for a larger group of friends but I would absolutely book this place again with my family. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the beds were so comfortable. Comes with a well equipped kitchen with high end appliances. The pool is spectacular and the dock was great for crabbing. We had an absolute blast. Thank you!

Christmas Break

We had a wonderful stay with the family. One mechanical issue happened overnight and was resolved by the next morning with constant communication with owner. We are definitely coming back. It was located with easy access to NASA and Kemah. We also made a trip into town to the Museum of Natural Science.

This was a very enjoyable trip. We had our kids and grandkids. We had 10 people total. Everyone had a great time. Our host was always in communication with us. We had no issues at all. It’s a beautiful property and I would highly recommend it.

Don't search any further—this is the perfect house for your rental! The property is spotless and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. Our family had an incredible week at this San Leon home, from the stunning views to the exceptional cleanliness—we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Chris truly goes the extra mile to make sure your experience is fantastic. The pool was the cherry on top, and we would absolutely rent this home again!

Absolutely Perfect

The description, pictures and details do not do this property justice. While the pictures are great, you just cannot capture the beauty of this home and the wonderful location. This is by far the nicest place we have ever stayed at with VRBO. They thought of everything. We had a wonderful weekend with our adult children. We will be back for sure. Beautiful home!

We arrived on Thursday and were advised by the host we could get in around 1 which we really appreciated.The main living area would not cool. The pool features were not working and we also could not get the fishing lights on the pier working. After speaking with Chris he sent an AC repair man over on Friday PM. Eventually we were told that a breaker was causing all these issues. Once reset everything was working. The only exception ,we still were unable to heat the spa through our stay.The spa bath in the main bedroom did not work.Please look at the oven. There is a light that should come on when it gets to temperature, this appears not to work , so we never knew if the correct temperature was reached.All in all it is a wonderful home and the owner Chris was very helpful and understanding. Bad weather recently must have caused the breaker to flip, which in no way was the owners fault.

Amazing home!!!

This house was truly exceptional! It sits on 2 acres of land (private gated entrance) so there was plenty of room for the kids to run around in both the front & back yards. The main attractions for us were the infinity pool (with a waterfall and separate hot tub), and the 400+ foot pier where we could go fishing. The house itself is immaculate with a sort of regal charm that is fit for royalty. The custom detailed handiwork throughout the home was amazing to see, such as the paintings on the ceilings (foyer...think "Sistine Chapel") and on the walls (upstairs hallway). Most of the bedrooms were downstairs which made life easy for small kids and elderly parents. Upstairs was an entire suite with its own full bathroom and balcony overlooking the pool & waterfront. The owner (Chris) went above and beyond to check in periodically to see if we needed anything. We can't wait to stay here again!
