This home was nice, exactly as described and seen in photos. The pool area is fantastic and the onsite staff was friendly and helpful. Great bathroom and kitchen supplies and eqpt. If we come back to Destin this will be option #1 for us. Thanks!

This was the perfect day for our large family trip. The trolley to the beach was such a huge help and the rooms were nice and spacious so we did not feel cramped. We will definitely be back as the property was close to a variety of stores and food options. There were also plenty of towels in each room, which was a bonus for such a large group.

Great family house. Enjoyed the pool being so close. A little bit of a walk to the beach. Close to many restaurants and shops in and around Destin!

Check in was super easy - kitchen was beautiful and large with nice appliances. The house was very clean and comfy, perfect spot within the safe and gated community and perfect spot in Destin. It is close to the beach, amazing restaurants, the outlets and HarborWalk. We loved staying here, the little coffee stations were awesome to have throughout the house and we loved having a second living area for the kids, as well as 4 full bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house! We had a great vacation. The house had everything we needed and more...even a crockpot. Communication was great. When we had a problem, they sent someone out immediately to fix it.

Making Memories

Lovely home, plenty of room for 15 people. Wonderful access to the pool. Beach shuttle should run later in the day. Really need more parking. We had 4 families with 4 cars. Destin is a great destination vacation.

Not big and comfortable enough for 18. Small kitchen

7 of us so size was suitable. Nice and clean. If you want to sit on porch you must go upstairs. 1/4 mile from beach.

Everything you will need

This place was perfect!!! Loved that the pool was right outside the front door. Loved the short walk to the beach. The house was perfect for our family of 10. The kitchen had everything you need. Everything was very updated. We just loved it.

Awesome vacation

Very nice clean house, right across from pool entrance. Will definitely consider this house again for next year. Plenty of extra pillows and covers. Trolley pick up and drop off right in front of the house.

It was a good option if you don’t care to be on the beach. The beach shuttle was nice but the public beach space was small with private beaches on both sides. It would be nice to have some chairs outside by the grill. We had an issue with dirty floors which they offered to take care of but we didn’t want the distraction. The downstairs shower handle is backwards where the hot water is actually cold and cold is hot. The pool was the best part of the stay although my husband was run out of the pool area before 8 when he just wanted to sit by the pool and drink his coffee. They are very strict.

5 star house!

We loved this property! It has plenty of beds & space to spread out. Extra refrigerator in the laundry room was so nice to keep the drinks in! The pool gate slamming right across from the house was loud, but our crew was loud so we didn’t mind! There was a nice beach wagon & 2 beach chairs & we left an umbrella for future guests!

Cute stay

Home was cute. Fun areas to have some family quality time. We downstairs tv was so hard to manage and watch tv. Pool area is always being supervised which is a plus, overall the neighborhood is relaxed not much of a party area. Waffle House was walking distance! That's a plus

Great place and location

We enjoyed the property. We did not get the oppurtunity to use the shuttle, not sure if there is a schedule that it ran on or if they needed to be contacted. The only "issue" we really had was that the dishwasher did not work, no cookie sheet and only 1 skillet in the kitchen. That did make it challenging with cooking for 10 people in the house but we made it work. We did inform the Property manager upon our exit for the next renters. House was setup perfectly and great view and access to the pool!

would stay here again

more spacious than pictures seem. everything clean, plenty of bath towels provided. could use some additional kitchen towels. 2nd fridge in laundry room was very helpful. accommodated large group easily. used all 4 bathroom showers at same time and never ran out of hot water. communication was easy once date of reservation. prior to reservation i wasn’t sure how/when i would receive info. booked through vrbo and was required by property mgmt to sign an additional contract with a different check in time after making deposit on vrbo. however house ended up being ready early and able to check in early.

The property was great, the house was very clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I can tell the hosts put alot of thought into little extras (tons of towels, toiletries, blow dryers, multiple coffee pots). We couldn't find baking trays when we were there and the host delivered two brand new ones to us to use. The complex was nice, the pool looked like it had just been refinished and was super clean. We'd definitely recommend this property! We, however, won't be staying here again due to some very bizarre rules of the hoa at the complex. They do not allow golf carts by renters. The trolley also doesn't allow "large" items in it to go to the beach and the two beaches it drops off at dont have parking. So we loaded up our cars every day to go down to the crab trap beach instead. Also, two days before our stay, I asked for the address of the property so I could let our golf cart rental company know to which I was informed about the golf cart policy. It was not anywhere in my contract from booking nor in the VRBO listing anywhere. I was lucky enough to get our money back from the golf cart company, but this really annoyed us because we've been doing a destin trip for a decade and always have a golfcart. It's part of the fun of our trips. We moved on and had a great week, but for that reason I won't rent here again. Compass rentals was fine, the house was nice, but the golf cart really is something we prefer. So just FYI if you choose to book here!
