The room smells like mold, the front desk person was rude, the breakfast was not as pictured. The ceiling fan was rust. There isn’t a beach view from the balcony, and I couldn’t check out a day early without being charged full price due to an emergency with work. Over all this was a awful experience

Property was good for our stay. The parking and location was very convenient, everything what we wanted to see in Destin was a couple minutes away. Cleaning services seem very inconsistent though, one day they seem to clean after we left after 10am in the morning but then next day cleaning service knocked at our door around 9am. The fitness center only had treadmills, was hoping for some weights. But overall decent hotels and a very good price for what it's worth.

The room was clean. The hot tub was dirty and not working. Breakfast offered time stayed 7-10 am however, it ended every morning around 8:30/9 am. This was disappointing considering I booked this facility on the basis that I would receive complementary breakfast. The staff were friendly.

I was very unimpressed with the employees and the room. In the room, on the bed, there are many stains, on the couch, and also on the shower curtain. When I turned on the water in the shower, it smelled very weird, like nasty sewage water. The employees were very unwelcoming when I first arrived.

WONDERFUL STAY!! Great area for walking to dinner places and the beach! The pools are great and the breakfast was such a great experience. The room was so clean and comfortable. I loved this hotel and I would definitely stay again! The location is just so convenient as well.

It was the perfect spot closest to our favorite spot to eat The Back Porch and beach access. Everything was clean and in order no issues. We would definitely go back there again.

The indoor pool is great! The elevator does hitch when stopping. The front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful. The property is near parking for a small beautiful beach.

Simple place to stay

You get what you pay for so I wasn’t expecting total luxury. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. I hate that there’s only one elevator so you’re always waiting awhile. The breakfast was okay. I wish they offered other varieties everyday.
