The heated pool was amazing! Loved the 6 seater golf cart to get around in, including grocery stores, ice cream and beach!!

Great vacation!

We had a great vacation! The home was very clean and nice. Lots of space for our group. Close location to the beach. Pool was nice. Beds were comfortable. Definitely recommend for a larger group.

The rental was perfect for our family of 21. The house was clean and everything was in good working order. It was in a great location, close to everything and in a safe neighborhood. Having access to the golf cart was a nice perk and the kiddos really loved the pool. There was clear communication with the owner answering all questions before we even asked them. Thank you for making our first trip to Destin such a wonderful time.

House was beautiful and clean.Every thing that came up was fixed immediately.We left an item behind it was sent to us in a timely manner.Would stay again.

Great place!!

16 adults stayed here and had a wonderful time. Location was fabulous. House was awesome and clean. We had so much fun in the pool and clean!! Host was very responsive. We cooked a few meals in and the kitchen had what we needed as far as pots , pans, utensils etc… . We also hired an amazing chef to cook for us one night, Damiano the Tuscan Chef! Highly recommend !! You’ll want to bring : shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a beach towel. Would stay there again if we return.

Great home!

The house was perfect for our vacation with friends. Three families of 5 fit with plenty of room to spare. Clean, bright, and well-appointed. Amazing bunk room and hang-out space for kids on top floor. Absolutely perfect!

40th anniversary celebration!

In lieu of an open house, my husband and I decided to take our family on a vacation to Destin. We were 16 total people with 8 of them being 8 years old and under! The house met our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for our littles to run around. They loved the third floor room! The house came equipped with most everything we needed...and everything was in working order. The grill wasn't working when we first arrived, but that was quickly fixed. The house was mostly clean when we arrived. The globes above the kitchen island were fuzzy with dust, and the ceiling fans could use a good cleaning. We did find some items from previous guests under furniture, etc, but nothing that needed immediate attention. The littles loved the pool, (as did the adults) but it was quite overchlorinated. Again, this was fixed in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again or any other of Todd's properties. We will definitely be back to Destin, Florida. We memories to last us a few years!
