Location and full disclosure

The owners were great about communication.This property is located in lookout mountain and the views are amazing. Close to Red Rocks, Morrison, Evergreen if you want to spend time in the mountains and not the city. Full disclosure on this property-I didn't realize that this was a basement to the owners house. When I read the description I thought it was an apartment and there were people upstairs along with neighbors. Since you are technically in their basement there are rules put in place. Which there should be when you have your family. The quiet hours start at 10:00-7, an you are not allowed to have more than 5 people there. They have to be strict on this due to their rules and regulations. So, if you are 2/3 couples that might have a late night glass of wine on the porch this might not be for you. Plus you just feel bad if you were keeping up the family when you are on vacation. We didn't realize some of these rules until we read them again, and so we tried really hard not to make much noise the following day.

Beautiful view and spacious

My son and I had a great stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood with panaromic views.Its great for active families as it is in close proximity to Red Rocks. Its also great for a staycation.Very comfortable and very clean.They had a collection of toys and books for young children and it was great.

Highly Recommended!!!

Everything was very clean, the owner answered any questions we had very quickly and was very helpful with telling us about the area and weather. If you’re looking to book a house with enough rooms for the whole family this is it! We loved the cozy homey feeling and the views from the balcony- beautiful! It also felt like a very safe neighborhood! We would definitely again! Just make sure you have an AWD if you’re planning to stay here, the road to get to the house and the driveway felt very steep but other than that we loved it!

Great stay with amazing views

My family and I were in town for a wedding. Our stay was very enjoyable. They really go the extra mile by having all the amenities you would need. Our 2 year old also loved the toy closet. The views were breathtaking. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing View!

Great place to stay! My family loved how spacious the apartment was and of course the gorgeous view in the morning. Location was great for exploring the foothills a bit as well as making trips into Denver. Would definitely stay here again!
