The stay was comfortable and clean, and the gardens were gorgeous! Kate prepared and served phenomenal breakfasts for us in the garden each of the 3 days we stayed. She was engaging and shared information in regard to the plantings and also places to visit while in Denver. Wonderful location and enjoyable visit.

We had a lovely time here. The staff were extremely warm and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable…we slept like rocks. The proximity to so many places and restaurants we like was wonderful. We especially loved the backyard for sitting with a cup of tea.

It is a very unique house in a good neighborhood. Less than 1 mile from the state capitol, about 1 mile to Coors Field. The people were fantastic from the minute we were at the front door until we finished our last breakfast. One of our favorite experiences.
