This is a great unit for either Single or couple to stay at. The unit itself has all the accommodations of a hotel, plus a complete kitchen with whatever cookware; plates etc. you need to cook. The location is perfect and the view is spectacular! There is a major grocery store 5 minutes away; major highway is also just 5 minutes away. Many food options in the area to choose from. I'll definitely book the next time I'm visiting my daughter in Colorado.

Highly recommend this lovely property. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for guests. The Hosts were very responsive to all correspondence and communication was excellent. Provided additional check out instructions prior to our leave. The view is pretty and there were squirrels and ducks to watch. We hope to stay again.
