Minimal amenities

The hotel room was okay with furniture that looks to need replacing. Both our headboards squeaked with each twist and turn which kept waking us up. We requested a room change initially because the musty smell was very strong. Breakfast was a small pot of gravy and biscuits, with no protein options. It was all there, but very minimal in comparison to other chains.

Front Desk Staff - Communication Issue

The front office staff was kind of rude and she did not talk anything. For any questions that I ask, she was using her hand to point out things. It was kind of awkward moments when I ask about the location for breakfast area where she just show hand in the opposite direction and I also asked for body soap and she gave it to my without conversation like Sure, here you go etc. same thing when I did check around in as well. Felt like I was there where I shouldn’t be there but I paid for it. so basic things I expected is to talk which I didn’t see it. Sorry if I miss understood anything or I came in wrong time.

Carpet was filthy. Guests should never be booked into a room with such aweful carpet. It was GROSS! The tv also had white spots burned into the screen. Very disappointing stay in a hotel with an otherwise acceptable reputation.

All was well with the exception of the bed and pillows. The pillows were small enough to be decorative, and I left with a crook in my neck. The beds were very hard and not the best. Ac was very loud and noisy.

Smell of mildew by the sink. Carpet had a small red stain that looked like blood. Had a difficult time shutting off the shower, knob kept spinning. Not a horrible stay just outdated
