Room was excellent! Very comfortable king bed. Good water pressure and lots of hot water in shower. Very clean. Staff super friendly. Great stay for the price!

Close to road so loud road noise. Had to change rooms. Then it was fine. Free breakfast is either make ur own waffle or cereal. No eggs. People friendly and helpful tho. Made it better

Lone Star Inn is an ideal place to stay for quick overnight trips and the desire not to pay an exorbitant price for lodging. The Inn is very clean and comfortable and Continental Breakfast is offered starting at 6AM. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Wise County again.

The lady at the front desk was completely rude. She took my credit card info charged me twice the deposit for the room that it was supposed to be refused to refund the money and then in the middle of the night I got woke up to phone calls and someone beating on my door, accusing me of smoking in the room I’m not even a smoker then proceeded to charge me an extra deposit because they accuse me of smoking in the room it is a family owned business in a small country town and they’re just taking advantage of people driving through

The staff was kind. What i didn't like was only warm water in the shower, sink was scalding hit. Shampoo packets very cheap, i had to check out early due to a medical reason and was denied a refund and was told i have to get it back thru expedia. The hotel should refund the guest and they can deal with expedia.

The room was amazing very clean nice hotel but the staff was very rude. There are restaurants in walking distance. I went to the front desk to ask for towels because we only had one and the woman was on the phone and completely ignored me. We finally got towels but the staff was just very rude.

I loved the look and feel of this facility; however, the room we were given was next to I-35 and the traffic noise was not conducive for sleeping. The room was very small, but neat and clean, perfect for "I just need a place to sleep." Access and parking were easy.

Nice stay.

The room was very clean, bathroom was clean. Everything worked fine. Front desk man very friendly. Only suggestion would be to monitor breakfast area more closely. Juice pitcher was empty, and waffle mix was empty. Also no hot water. I’m sure if I brought this to the attention of the staff, they would have taken care of it. The room price was good, so I will stay again.

Its a decent hotel, but it is old and dated. I can tell that they attempt to keep ot up, but its obviously a challenge. We've stayed there a few times now, but I dont believe we'll stay again.
