Everything from cleanliness to staff was very average. A comfortable nights sleep was not possible because the air condition unit rumbled when it turned on and was very loud. When the unit was not on you could hear water dripping onto the unit from the other until from the next floor up. Cigarette smoke started coming in from the ceiling vent in the bathroom so we had to turn on the fan to try and keep the smoke out. The bathroom vent fan was extremely loud even with the door shut. Between the bathroom fan and the air condition unit we were awakened all night. We finally gave up trying to sleep and got up at 5 am. There was nothing bad about the staff. It was kinda like the service you get at a gas station or library in appearance and service. We have been to many holiday inns in the past 30 years and this was just very average. We did not eat there breakfast so we have no review on that.

Property was well kept and serviced was Awesome. We had a problem with the toilet and they were there within minutes trying to fix it. When they were unable to repair it we were in another room as quickly as I could exchange the keys. They were so understanding and accomodating. We will definitely go back if in the area again.

Staff members are friendly and competent. Room is nice, bathtub a little worn. Room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was great with a good variety of items. Nice that it has a small outdoor pool. Location was 10 to 30 minutes away from whereever i wanted to go. I would recommend staying here to anyone.
