equipped 3 bedroom, 3 full bath spacious condo located on the12th floor of the security protected
direct beach front Towers Grande Condominium. Large glass sliding doors provide access from the
living room and master bedroom to the wrap around balcony complete with tables and outdoor seating.
Relax with the peaceful views of the sandy beach, Atlantic Ocean and sail boats on the inter-coastal. In
the evening, enjoy breathtaking sunsets and the beautiful city lights of Dayton in the distance. Along with private balcony access, the master bedroom has a king bed, T.V. and large walk in
closet. Private bathroom includes double vanity sinks, garden tub and walk in shower. Condo has
two additional beautifully decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with a fully stocked kitchen,
eating area and living room with an ocean view. The newly renovated Towers Grande exercise room and
club room also have amazing ocean views. Club room includes pool table, large TV, and free
internet. Two swimming pools and two hot tubs are located ocean side of building complete with tables,
chairs, umbrellas and reclining chairs to enjoy the view. One secure assigned parking space is located
in underground parking with additional parking on the surface parking lot.

This ocean front condo is in Daytona Beach Shores centrally located on South Atlantic Avenue between
Dunlawton Bridge and Veterans Memorial Bridge.When not enjoying the sandy beach, you will have
easy access to Daytona and Ponce Inlet which includes lots of amazing restaurants, shopping and
exciting attractions. For more fun walk across the street for a game of putt putt at Congo River Golf.
