Our host was welcoming, the unit was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the beach. Cinnamon Beach had amenities for all ages to enjoy and the family/pet friendly atmosphere made our stay relaxing and fun!

We spent the week here and it was awesome! Our group was five adults and three kids ages 5, 2 and 1. The unit was plenty spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The view is amazing and the unit is steps away from the walkway to the beach and a short walk to both pools. The pools are great and the lakeside pool with beach entry work out perfectly with the kids. There are plenty of beach chairs and toys provided, which was helpful for travel plans. Eric was very easy to work with and was very open with his communication regarding our questions and the entire check-in process. We will definitely look to stay here again!

Perfect!

Wow is all I can say. The bedrooms are separated instead of side by side, so perfect for everyone having their own area. The balcony overlooks the beach and a beautiful golf course. The size of the balcony allows for everyone to gather. Will definitely be back!

Relaxing vacation

This place was great! Waking up to a view of the ocean was such a treat. We had a good time and Eric was super responsive when I had a question about the TV. The resort has everything you need for fun and the condo had plenty of beach chairs. The balcony had plenty of furniture and a great view of the beach and ocean. The kitchen was well appointed. We ate out a lot but when we needed something we were able to find it. Would definitely stay here again and hope to get to soon!

Yuck

Property was not clean and had mold surrounding the air vents. Linens were old and stained. Drawers in kitchen had crumbs. A old, used sponge to wash dishes.I personally had to clean the kitchen. Cleaned the coffee pot because it was very dirty. The next morning coffee leaked all over the counter. Floors had not been mopped and carpet was not vacuumed. We got in touch with the host. He was willing to send out cleaning people on Friday. But being it was Thanksgiving we had plans with family. We secured a hotel room and moved out. I rented this unit because of the reviews which were exceptional. Bad experience.The owner offered refunds and told us never to rent from him

Very nice, great location!

Overall, this condo is very nice. 3 bedrooms, 2 with ensuites and 1 with 2 twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. Laundry, Beach and Pool Toys, kitchen silverware, plates, bowls, mugs, etc. Pros: Location, Location, Location. Did I mention Location? 5th floor view overlooks the dunes and the beach, perfect sunrises, quick walk to the beach, short walk to both pools. The condo was well stocked with almost everything you need. Interior furniture is in great condition, and the patio furniture looks brand new. Kitchen appliances were also pretty new. Lots of board games, card games, and entertainment available on the TV, along with pretty quick WiFi. Cons: It’s starting to look a little dated, cabinets, fixtures, laundry room, etc. Honestly, just a few minor issues that could make the overall experience much nicer, but nothing terrible.

Best beach condo we’ve stayed in!

We are new fans of this resort, Ocean Hammock at Cinnamon Beach—and now of this condo! Words can’t describe the HUGE views from the den/master and balcony— sunrise and sunset are both breathtaking, and we saw dolphins daily—& there’s room and furniture out there for the whole family! Even on our rain day, we were able to eat and play cards on the balcony while watching the storm pass. The condo itself is also enormous (& my husband and I brought 4 grown teens with us, so that’s saying something) We enjoyed the fitness center, and I loved running all over the miles of neighborhoods and trails in the community. The oceanfront pool was relaxing with beautiful views and plenty of chairs. Lake pool was packed with little kids, but we would’ve really enjoyed it a few years ago. Oceanfront bar wasn’t open when we were there, but bar and grill at lake pool were open-great mahi sandwich and yummy drinks, though pricey ($12 per small cocktail). Owner was super communicative and helpful. We’ll be back!
