Quiet private home in a residential cul de sac. Very scenic with lots of trees. Close to the 195 so getting to the beautiful beaches of Daytona Beach and St. Augustine is easily accessible. 2 story home. 1 bedroom on the first floor and 3 bedrooms on the second floor. Large bedrooms and high ceilings. All bedrooms have tv’s. Very spacious and open layout. Master bedroom Is locked and is not part of this listing. Formal dining room and living room are not part of this listing and are partitioned off.

Quiet, lovely and peaceful retreat
Tanya is a wonderful host. Her home is well equipped in the kitchen and the pool provides for a very relaxing day. Oh and the beach was a 10 min drive. Perfect end of the summer trip!

Weekend stay for Rolex 24
The house and location were perfect for the weekend. A short drive to the track without all of the beach traffic. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores close by also.

The house was exactly like the pictures and we had great stay.
Great property and location. Only problem was that they need to fix the front entrance light. It's dark and hard to see how to get in the lock box but over all we enjoyed our stay . I would stay there again and I recommend this property for rental.
