Sitting on a private bluff, it offers stunning views of the Mississippi River from its westside rooms and front porch. Second of three townhouses restored in this 1906 four-plex building. Furnished with comfortable antique and vintage-style furniture complementing its construction date and your stay in Davenport’s Hamburg Historic District. Fully furnished, full sized kitchen, separate dining and living rooms. Second floor master bedroom with ¾ bath. Second floor central full bath with washer and dryer shared by the other two bedrooms. Downstairs half bath powder room. Private parking lot behind the townhouse. Outdoor backyard with picnic table, seating, grill and supplies. A few blocks walk from Davenport’s downtown and the Mississippi River front. NOT a handicapped-accessible site due to topography and two-story interior. Free Tesla destination EV charger (48 amps) available one block away. Seven nights minimum stay. 10% discount for reservations of 28 days or more. An additional 10% discount (which I will refund you after the reservation is made) if you rent adjoining townhouse as well. $100 fixed cleaning fee. PS..despite what the VRBO auto listing says the Rhythm City Casino has moved to Elmore Ave near the I80 interstate.

Jack (Host) was extremely accommodating and easy to get a hold of. We stayed for a month and enjoyed every minute of it! The location is perfect and the surroundings are very peaceful. We will definitely be back this way and look forward to renting again. I recommend this place if you are looking for relaxation, great accommodations, with amazing value!
