The bed was somewhat comfortable which helped, shower had decent pressure but that’s about the best I can do for positives. Walls with holes, paint and wall paper peeling, water damage noted on ceilings/drapes, air/hear sounded like plastic blowing in the wind when on, something splashed on wall not cleaned, couch looked like someone peed on it with huge stain, and smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. Felt very dirty

Dirty rooms smelled like Marijuana and it was like not our fault. The TV’s did not work, the heat did not work and the tub faucet dripped all night we left at 6am because it was soooo bad! Stay away!!!

This property is showing its age. The lobby floor which is everyones first impression is in very bad shape and it is probably one of the least expensive and quickest repairs that they could do to gibe the property a better image. Room was fine, clean and no odors. Exterior landscape needs a refresh but lobby floor is the immediate issue. It is on the verge of tripping hazard due to its condition.

The fan in the bathroom had no cover and was rusted! Very loud. Did not take a shower because the shower and tub had issues. Plaster to cover a hole on the bottom of the tub was unappealing!

Reserved this place for the pool and found out once we got there that the pool was closed (even though it’s still being promoted). There also was thick dark black hair all in the towels (I’m blonde). Besides that it was fine but not worth the price. I’d just pay a little more for a pool and/or cleaner place

Desperate need of a remodel

We were in town for a volleyball tournament- as in, our daughter played the sport for the weekend. The man at the front desk was super kind and polite. So kind. When we got to our room, it was, well, a hotel room that needs significant updating. Rips in the curtains, dust piled for probably years behind the nightstand, just kinda eww. And, no towels in sight in the bathroom- not even a hand towel to dry hands after washing them. Also, the toilet wouldn’t work. So, I contacted the front desk & the kind man came up. He fixed the toilet in the spot himself-tools and all. He said he’d bring towels “when they got there”. And hour later we received two bath mats, I’m pretty sure. My daughter was less than thrilled. We rested fine - she was exhausted from volleyball & I took cold medicine. We decided to not even look toward the breakfast in the AM.

This facility is simply very run down and would appear it has not had any updates recently. Our room had numerous cosmetic issues such as the bathroom door having had a mirror at one time and the door looked horrible. The bathroom was functional, but not terribly clean and looked over-all unappealing. The beds were comfortable though and the HVAC worked fine. The elevators were not working and the stairwells were dirty and equipment was just laying out in the main floor stair well. The breakfast area was nice and the food was fine. We did have trouble trying to reach the front desk by phone prior to our arrival, but once we arrived the gentleman was very helpful and nice. If you are wanting to save a buck, I would still say this is a safe bet. Just know what you are getting - it's not pretty, but you can get a decent night sleep if you look past the dust.

Property needed updating and maintenance. Towels were handed out at checkin and were quite worn and should have been repla ed. Mattress was uncomflrtable and lumpy.Had lots of TV stations for viewing. Bathroom was okay-cmean and functional.
