East check in. Centrally located to shopping, eating and entertainment venues in Quad city. Comfortable and quiet.
There was a number of issues . bathtub would not stop dripping , faucet on bathroom sink was loose and there were deep scratches on the bathroom door . I always inspect any hotel room i stay in and take pictures of anything damaged to prove damage exsisted before i stayed . My puctures and videos are time stamped so i dont get charged for damages . ALSO , when i checked out I asked for a check out receipt to insure I would not be charged for any incidentals while i stayed in the room . They claimed because I booked online they would not give me anything proving this , such as a check out receipt .
The beds were comfy and we were at the very end so was quiet. The AC sis not keep the room very cool, but was clean and roomy.
Clean room. Comfy bed and pillows. Check in was easy. Right next door is a nice gas station and there are many other food options nearby. I would definitely stay here again.
The property is well managed and centrally located for many different entertainment and family experiences. The location is close to many different shopping opportunities as well as eating. The property is very clean and rooms are ready upon arrival.
Perfect location for cities. Easy check in. Polite staff. Extra blankets if needed. Clean facilities. Comfortable bed.

We almost left after walking into our room. I asked for a new room and both smelled of horrible mildew. Cobwebs in the window pains, gore was falling apart. Tub handles broken off. Smelled of dog pee in the corner of the room and our dog was sniffing it. Overall felt scummy. I wore my shoes in the shower it was so gross. Would never stay here again even if you paid me...
Old and dated office window blinds were broken gave us a bad taste when checking in
Even though some things are older, they are remodeling. But my 9yr old son and I were very pleased with the king size bed! His words “ Super Comfy”
Good place to stay for the night. Don’t see myself visiting Davenport again but if I ever do pass through one day, this wouldn’t be a bad place to stay.
Going through a remodel; not the nicest, not the worst; next to an extremely run down hotel (appears about to be remodeled); nice staff; pool not working; clean enough
Great room, super comfy beds. Staff was friendly. Only issue was the hottub had very little water in it and needed to be cleaned. But we enjoyed the pool.
