Water damage, dirty and stinky

Don't think we'll come back to this location again. There was water damage all over the ceiling and the room smelled horrible. Not sure if we were given this room on purpose or what but it was terrible. The top blanket was dirty on one of the beds like it wasn't washed. When we moved the bottom pillow off the bed there was hair and crumbs on the bed like it was never changed out. The sheets literally had holes in them nothing in that room seemed fresh or clean. It was quiet on the 5th floor but that was the only positive thing. Cindy who checked us in was very nice and helpful. When we checked out there was a lady with short blond hair that stared at us down like we didn't belong there. Very unsettling look from her. She had the most hateful look on her face. Glad we didn't have to deal with her racist looking self. All in all would not come back. It's ok for a 1 night stay but that's it.

the curtains control was broiken, and no one bothered coming and repairing it after being being informed bathroom water tank leaking internally, resulting in frequent tank fill shower head is installed facing the shower curtain, results in water always getting outside the shower stall

Nice stay in Allen, TX.

William at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. He made sure we had everything we needed. He is an exceptional employee. The room and grounds were clean and taken care of. It's a slightly dated hotel, but still in good shape. Probably pillows were my only complaint. Definitely, should have pillow covers under the pillow cases. Some of them were pretty used. But everything else was fine. We would stay here again, for sure.
