Bad smell room/ no breakfast

The room smells really bad. When I did the reservation suppose to include continental breakfast ; The breakfast was just coffee . Nothing else.

Red Roof Inn 1 night stay

We stayed here after a concert at at&t stadium. It worked out well. The room was reasonably clean. The lot was well lit. This hotel is older and it shows but everything worked and was confortable. Staff were all friendly. Location is pretty good but a bit far to walk to the entertainment district. You'll need a 5 minute drive. It was an affordable place to crash, keep expectations in check and its fine.

It was all around terrible! The made sure to ask me to sign stating that they “no smoking” policy is strictly enforced - I was glad to see this but realized it was a lie! The hallways smelled of weed! Our room smelled worse! If you who have asthma - DONT BOOK HERE! The “kitchen things” that it advertised so nicely - was a lie. The “breakfast” that is advertised- also a lie! It is some muffins and coffee. That does not qualify as breakfast! The hallways were filthy. Just downright not worth the money! Save your money and book at a elsewhere with better customer service and no lies!

My family arrived at 11PM pretty late when we checked in we went straight to bed. In the morning my husband noticed dog hair all over the sheets and dead roaches on the floor

This place was so bad we didn’t even stay. It had a terrible musty/mildew smell to it. When we got in the room there was poop smeared on the bathroom door. They did try to give us another room but the smell and uncleanliness was unbearable. Would not recommend to anyone

Property had a horrible smell in lobby, main hallway, the hallway our room was on and in the rooms. Staff was ok. Not overly friendly but not rude either. Elevator was very poor condition and not enough signs to figure out how to get around.

It was OK.

The place was not terrible. We liked the staff but the building was in poor condition. They are remodeling but it made the place smell bad throughout. It was located in a perfect location for where we are working and the view was not bad but there was nothing to look at around that area.

The property is an older property. The towels and sheets had old stains on them. Someone was smoking marijuana and it would stink up the hallway. The microwave and the TV in the room didn't work well. The staff was friendly.

Very disappointed

There was some kind of construction going on that we were not warned about. The phone was broken and the complimentary pots and pans were not available. One pot and dirty coffee maker. Bathroom, floor was remodeled and the kitchenette stone was dirty. The pullout sofa bed was filthy had used Kleenex and dirt all over in the cushions. It was a smoke free hotel but it smelled like smoke and marijuanna. First floor smelled musty.

This has to be the worst property ever do me a favor and never stay at this property from the customer service to the property the rooms having blood on the floor to the stains on the bed to the bedbugs to how nasty and dirty the carpet is walking to your room from us waiting three hours to even look at our room because they had no one working From the dog feces in the hallway and all this is not exaggeration and the list can go on and on and on do not I advise again do not ever stay at this hotel to the point where as soon as we walked in the room we had to leave And we weren’t. The only ones the line was long to check out.

This hotel looks excellent in pictures and in person on the outside, but inside is very disappointing. First the desk clerk is behind what looks like bullet proof glass. The hallway carpet is very cheap and severely stained. Walls need repair in the common areas. My room was clean, but I found a live baby cockroach in my bathroom which made me feel uneasy about sleeping in my bed (is a cockroach going to crawl on me when I sleep?). This is one of those properties that looks good on the internet, but makes you sorry that you booked it when you arrived. I have stayed at many extended stays. This is the worst one so far.
