We had a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. The tub was huge. Got a little sick, needed a hot bath, hot water was not a steady stream; had to wait for water to heat up to fill the tub. The apartment was very spacious and overlooked the nightlife. The room is right next to the restaurant where they have a live band playing. It may be torturous to listen to until they stop. The AC worked well, but one room did not cool down at all. Staff was great, but tour company (to Hue) was not the best choice. The cultural information of Hue was good, just not the tour itself. Its a 10 minute ride to the beach and a 32 minute walk.

A cute and lovely hotel for visiting Da Nang - especially if you prefer to be quieter near the river rather than in the Vegas-style beach setting. Very friendly and welcoming, and the decor in the rooms especially lovely. Much recommended.

The hotel has recently changed hands and they are trying very hard to get things right. We stayed for 1 night and found the staff really helpful, we were able to check in early which was useful. The location is fine as a taxi is not expensive, the river view was nice. The room was good although not large and the bath was lovely. Breakfast was fine although the western food choices were not the biggest. Still overall good value for money, would stay again.

I like this hotel very much

This was my second stay here and I always get warm, friendly service from the staff - especially Mr. Dat. I guess from the start, the staff here has made me feel like I'm at home. Anyway, rooms are nice enough with a modern kind of artsy theme to them - kind of a youthful feel about the place. Everything is clean and tidy here and my bed was very comfortable with new, fresh linen. This place is about a 10 minute walk to Vinmart which makes it very convenient for shopping and catching a movie. I live here in Vietnam and go to Danang quite often. I've stayed at many hotels in Danang and am glad I finally found this place. I see no reason to look for another hotel.

Great new hotel, friendly staff, amazing room. Only thing is there isn't much shops/convenience store around the hotel, but a short walk or bike ride away across the bridge you'll find almost everything!

Okay Hotel

For the price, the hotel and room was just okay. The receptionist was very friendly and you can see that the hotel takes a lot of care in its rooms by pasting little messages on the pillows,etc. There was a bit of blood on my pillow - Suggest to improve cleanliness. The area itself was quite boring not much to see - Suggest to skip Da Nang and head to Hoi An.

Great hotel for the price. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room weren't as clean as I would have liked it. The bed was comfortable and big enough to spread out. The bathroom floor gets completely wet after taking shower which is a pain when changing. Breakfast is included which is good. I would stay here again.

DaNang's best boutique hotel

This hotel was awesome it was spotless, smelt beautiful with the most comfy bed. All toiletries, water and huge soft towels.Very nice decor, wonderful modern bathroom. Really good position walk across bridge to markets. Best hotel we have stayed at and we have been all over Vietnam for 3 weeks.The restaurant was great well priced and nice food.. wonderful smoothies. Friendly helpful staff and porters. Left at 6:30 am and they had a take away breakfast and coffee for us to go with.Highly recommend if you want comfort and cleanliness.

Receptionists were extremely helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was sufficient although servers could be more attentive especially for replenishing food and drinks. Beautiful bathroom in master bedroom but taking a shower wets the whole floor. Could do with a glass barrier in the tub or simple curtains to contain the water. Overall good location and relaxing atmosphere.

Such welcoming staff. They are really as great as the other reviews say. Well worth the price. The hotel is nice and clean. As for the free breakfast, it's the best I've had in SE Asia.

Stayed 4 nights in here. tried all the room from the city view - river view - and no window room. So far all the room is great. Even the no window room doesn't give you irk. Bed is very comfortable. This hotel is new! They just open June 2016! So everything is really good Staffs went beyond everything to help you with your needs. So great. Its right in front of Han River. Near Vincom. Really its a perfect hotel!
