The room was okay, but very small and somewhat lacking in cleanliness. The staff were extremely kind and polite, the breakfast was very good, and the location is excellent, close to everything. They do not provide an iron if you need one, you must pay for the service, and if it is last-minute, you pay double. If you need ice, you will have to pay R$25 per bag, as nothing is free. There is valet parking available for R$45 per day. Therefore, be prepared if you decide to stay at this hotel.

Foi uma das piores experiências que já tive com hospedagem. Escolhi o Bourbon, hotel 5 estrelas justamente para nao ter problemas. E o quarto (no.1111) foi muito desagradável, uma situação inimaginavel, com os seguintes problemas: -A porta do banheiro não fecha, está com parte superior da porta despencada; -O abajour nao apaga de nenhuma forma. Meu esposo teve que retirar a lâmpada; -Mas o transtorno maior foi o ar condicionado quebrado. Da noite de 21 para 22.06 o ar estava não aquecia o quarto. Não conseguimos dormir devido ao frio. Foi consertado no dia 22.06. A noite de 22 para 23.06, novamente nao dormimos pois com o conserto feito, deduzo que ficou uma peça solta, cujo barulho não nos deixou dormir. Enfim, falta ao hotel uma gestão mais cuidadosa. Pois esse descuido com o hotel nos trouxe transtornos e aborrecimentos, o que é inaceitável a um hotel como o Bourbon. Solicito as Hotéis.com que tenha mais critério no cadastramento dos hotéis. Por exemplo, neste caso quem vai reparar meu prejuízo?

Tudo limpo e organizado. O café delicioso. Tapioca e ovos mexidos. Os quartos dos andares a partir do sexto andar estão reformados, então vale a pena.
