Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities.

This includes:
- The entire house
- Garage and driveway for parking
- Private dock on the lake
- Use of our kayaks to explore the water

We simply ask that you respect our neighbors and refrain from entering their properties.

We are committed to ensuring you have a comfortable and memorable stay. While we respect your privacy and will not be present during your visit, we are always available via the platform or phone should you need any assistance or have questions.

Lake Use: Although Bullock Pen Lake has safe water, it is not a swimming lake. You are welcome to use our kayaks or bring your own boat for fishing and cruising.

Parking Restrictions: We are not able to accommodate RVs or campers on the property, as there is no space or hookup available. If you're traveling with an RV we're happy to suggest nearby parking or RV parks.

Driveway: There is ample space for parking multiple vehicles and outdoor use. Please note the driveway is steep, so smaller vehicles should proceed with caution when entering or exiting. It can be slippery in winter conditions; we do our best to clear it as quickly as possible. During extreme snowfall, the owner can provide alternate parking arrangements nearby. Please note there is no street parking available.

Lakeside access: The driveway and access to the home are fully accessible. The steps down to the water are uneven but fully usable. Guests with mobility limitations may find the walk to the lake challenging; however, the beautiful lakeside views can be enjoyed directly from the home. The dock is an older structure with a rustic character and is functional for guest use, but it may require extra care. Guests should use caution when entering, exiting, and enjoying the waterfront area.

Booking Requirement: Per platform policy and local regulations, guests must provide contact information and sign our rental agreement within 24 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation per the standard policy.

Wi-Fi Access: Our free Wi-Fi requires an email entry to log on; contact confirmation is optional.

Maintenance: From time to time, lawn care, landscaping, or other routine maintenance may need to be completed during your stay if it cannot be scheduled between guests. We will provide advance notice whenever possible, but this may not always be feasible. Maintenance personnel may be on the property, but no one will enter the home without your permission, except in the event of an emergency.
