Check-in took a very long time. The line was fairly long and when someone complained, the woman behind the desk said, "I'm the only one here." We lost power in the morning, which impacted their ability to serve breakfast. Options were limited by the time I went down to eat.

The room was great. Desk was very friendly. We lost power at 7:20 ish in the morning. So no shower and the libby was packed, because it had power.

Clean room, but mattress was not comfortable. Maybe needs replacing. The hotel overall was clean and the breakfast was good. There was a power outage the morning we checked out but it was no fault of the hotel.

The only reason I rated this 4/5 instead of 5/5 is because the hot tub never got hot at all and the jets didnt really work. It was still warmer than the pool (which wasnt bad at all) though. We were also told that breakfast was until 1030 at checkin, and it ended at 10. Breakfast tasted really good though. Hospitality was great. Everything was clean and comfortable!

I stayed over Thanksgiving. The breakfast was extremely minimal. I do understand that the staff deserved to have the day off, but that doesn’t mean that juice could not have been provided or that only bananas were offered.

Room service was awesome clean the room every day. Perfect breakfast was amazing and all the breakfast people were great but I rented this hot tub for 99% of the reason for the pool and hot tub and day one. The hot tub was lukewarm so I could not enjoy it day two it was OK got warm, but it was dirty day three it’s shut down. We need to have a schedule or something when they’re going to maintain the hot tub. We’re not maintaining the hot tub cause I would not have stayed if I knew the hot tub was gonna be having its monthly yearly maintenance done.
