Small room. Faucet in tub was about to fall off. Had to hold it to pull up button to get shower to come on. Went to breakfast, opened waffle maker and there was a partial waffle molded in it. We told front desk, she came over and said yeah you’re not supposed to use that one. We said, don’t you think you should take it away, put sign on it or CLEAN it. Coffee tasted like they just kept same pot from day before. After first day never went to good area again. Will NEVER stay there again.

The only rhing nice about the hotel was the staff and the breakfast. The walls in the room are paper thin and you can everything next door. The hot water in the shower did not work. The smoke detector light flashed very bright every minute. The fan on the A/C unit would not stay on even when prompted on the control panel. I will not be staying Best Western again.

Tidy, clean, quiet. We enjoyed our stay very much and would absolutely stay again. Front desk employee who checked me in was extremely friendly. Breakfast was eh. Edible but nothing to write home about.

Very clean, other than that, don't stay. Very noisy as there weren't gaskets to block light and sound from hallway. Cheap shade on window allowing too much light and sound. Cheap toiletries. Staff stalked us like we were criminals, and we were only passing thru. They should know the difference between locals and actual travelers. Unexplained charges showed up on debit card they wouldn't remove. We had paid for room in advance thru hotels.com. Night clerk was barely mobile and didn't have answers for any questions. Daytime staff stalked us, met us getting on and off elevator, and coming in and out of our room. Bizarre. We pass this way frequently, friends in Panama City, and we'll never stay again. We actually tip staff as well, so the a.m. staff got nothing. Made sure cleaning staff had generous tip as the room was very clean.

We needed an early check in and the desk clerk was so friendly and accommodating! Every time we entered the lobby we were met by a friendly Hello! and asked how they could help. Bedding and bed were so comfortable, room was clean, cool and quiet so we could get the sleep we so desperately needed.
