Very good stay. Only negative is the breakfast offered is less than good. The hot food, eggs, sausage, etc. Pitiful. Cold cereal and a bagel is about the best available here.

Front desk staff were amazing. One of our windows was stuck open an inch. The issue was reported to the front desk. They tried closing it and couldn’t. Maintenance was not notified to come repair the window, we were not offered any compensation nor a room change. The temps dropped to near freezing and we could hear wind blowing through the open window. Upon check out, the front desk said “I guess we should put it on the closed room list” ummm… ya think? Their solution was to put a towel in the window gap. There were also chunks of old food on the floor and when we asked for extra wash cloths, we were given 1.

We travel to Crestview a couple of times per year and this is by far the best option in its price range. We have tried the rest in this area and this one is heads above. Clean, comfortable and convenient.

Hotel practically empty and we were put in a room right next to the noisy elevator shaft. Called and asked why, and was told that was the only two double bed room - which was clearly not true. Stayed here a lot over the years (son in USAF.) the place has steadily declined. Will choose differently moving forward.

The staff was terrible. The host at check in was rude and condescending. The staff in the morning chose to have an incomplete breakfast and it was very disappointing as someone that doesn’t eat meats which other than waffles, was the o ly warm meal option.
