The house was clean and very comfortable. It was in a great location, close to Old Town, restaurants, grocery stores and hiking trails. Just a short drive to Jerome and a half hour to Sedona. Didn’t have to deal with all of the Sedona traffic.

We had a wonderful stay here and would absolutely stay again. The location is excellent — we were able to walk to downtown Cottonwood (about a mile and a bit), with sidewalks the whole way. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful, and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming.Parking was easy and convenient with a private driveway. The house itself is very well laid out and worked perfectly for our needs. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with nice dishes, and having a washer and dryer is a big plus, especially if you’re staying longer than a night.The home is well furnished and thoughtfully decorated — we really appreciated the attention to detail, including the blankets laid out in an artistic way. Each bedroom having its own TV was also a nice touch. There’s a sunroom and a pretty backyard that we didn’t get to use due to the cold, but it’s clearly a great space in warmer weather.We only stayed one night since we were visiting multiple Merkin winery locations that day, but the house was comfortable and made for an easy, stress-free stay.Check-in and check-out were very easy, and the instructions were clear and straightforward. Overall, we have no complaints at all and would happily stay here again.
