Service was 5 star. Mario did a terrific job at lunches and dinner (and had the kitchen prepare off-menu items and checked if we needed dinner when we were tired and did not go to the restaurant - then delivered it) , Carlos was great at breakfast, even when we had additional people "pop in".
Front desk was responsive and sent towels and pillows QUICKLY as needed. Laundry was super fast.

The place has a beautiful beach, it has potential under the appropriate management. I haste for papaya juice, and pineapple juice, things that are readily available in the area, and they did not have them.

We loved our experience at the hotel. The staff was amazing and kind, they even helped my son with some batteries for his toy. So sweet and respectful.
