I like this hotel since day one; however, the quality of food is declining. The green juice in the breakfast just to be delicious, now it has become just green water. It has been drastically diluted by filling up the container with ice. My wife complained about a salty zucchini spaghetti; she was told that a recipe was follow, and the plate was just brought back to our table without any change. Kudos to Tania in the restaurant and Alejandra in the reception. They made us feel welcome and gaves the attention and service like no one has done it.
Limited staff, no bell boy , at check in or check out, we had to push the cart ourselves, ice maker, should be available for everyone , parking cards, $10. If lost, we stay here 2 days , I like to get a refund

However I was forced to call and ask for a room change last night, because a bunch of unconscious people had gathering on the first floor hallway with a couple of unruled children running around, and shouting. It took a while before they quiet down. I just hope that this does not happen again.

Breakfast was fantastic, fresh hand made corn and flour tortillas? Wow. Plus the pool was very nice. No hot tub just FYI. Very close to several restaurants, room size was larger than I expected, and it seemed very safe with plenty of security.
My favorite hotel in San Pedro Sula, I stay every time I visit family. The area is safe, nice, mall and many stores, restaurants are close by, friendly helpful staff, food is good, they also have a bar/restaurant cerveseria Chapultepec that is connected to the hotel if you decide to go grab some good Mexican food and drinks very cheap prices everything 39 Lempiras.
