Costa del Maresme Vacation Packages

We were charged an additional US$66 after checking out of the hotel, without any explanation, notification, or receipt. We had already paid the full cost of our stay before checking in, and we did not purchase or use any additional services during our stay. This unexpected charge was completely unexplained and disappointing. I believe the hotel should provide a clear explanation and an itemised receipt for any additional charges. The lack of transparency is concerning, and I would advise future guests to carefully check their statements after checkout.

The hotel is a modernist landmark. The suites were spacious and beautiful. Our only complaints were that there was not always staff at the front desk and there was the very faint but noticeable rumbling of what sounded like one subway car every twenty minutes or so until about midnight. Otherwise it's one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. Staff was attentive and helpful. Food service was great. A+!!
