Confusion with my reservation. Room was clean but bathroom lacked attention. Pool was closed and looked very neglected as did most areas on property. Clerk complained rudely about a previous customer not being able to speak English. Shame stayed here in the past but degraded quite a bit.

Nothing really is nice this area . Staff are clueless and don’t give a damn about your personal things. Housekeeping threw away my groceries and other personal things. This place is a joke to even be considered an ok hotel.

The room had an odd stuffy smell, the beds were not queen size even though I paid extra for queen size. I went to take a shower and there were long hairs stuck to the shower wall which means the shower hadn’t been clean since the last person’s stay. Our bathroom door had extreme water damage. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Check in during check in time was delayed due to availability, but checking in was a breeze. Breakfast was serviceable and standard, although the orange juice was semi thick and was told it was a brand, but I skipped it for the stay. The room was clean but an empty shot bottle was left from previous stay, but that was as bad as it got, everything was clean. In the room the alarm clock was not working and one lamp was out (I had a worry if I may be charged for something I didn’t do). WiFi was gone for a day but the owners/employees had it going the next day. You do have to request for a lot such as having the room cleaned (a day prior), new towels and toiletries; regardless it was done so with ease. Solid option for a stay and would come back.

Wet floor

When we checked in, the restroom floor was wet, the floor tile is lifted/loose, and the bathroom door is rotting from the wet from the floor. Had to use towels to dry the floor. The TV remote was nowhere to be found, and when we turned it on with button, it said it didn't have cable connected or signal to watch anything anyway.

Rooms were ok, the walls were chipping paint. Some of the lamps didnt work or didnt have light bulbs. The pool needs some TLC, the water was a little green. The only plus side was the complimentary breakfast.

The floors were so dirty upon arrival. We spilled a little bit of water by the front door. Cleaned it up with a white towel and the towel was absolutely brown and disgusting.
