Staffs are friendly. Hotel location is too close highway to have nice sleep due to a lot of traffic noises through whole night

I like the location, is very close to shopping centers, restaurants and freeway. What I didn't like is the fact that staff DO NOT CHNAGE THE BED SHEETS!! Really important when guess arrived to their room, the sheets are clean as well as bathroom.I been to others hotels you can smell the clorox or cleaness of the hotel and ROOM! If there's a family to have enough towels. Also to have the elevators clean. Next time which i will go and stay will record so i can prove to everyone how clean or not is this hotel. Front desk ladies should be OFF her cellphone and have a better professionalism when guess arrived from a long drive and they all want to rest and have a nice greeting and clean room. Weekdays should have a better breakfast bar or at least good options. It looked like an oriental breakfast that only motels served. Really disappointed. Rooms close to the elevators we can hear when is been used because we can hear when the doors open and it suck when is at night or really early in the morning. Those rooms are really bad located
The room didn't feel or look as clean as usual. I have stayed here many times and it just felt like they didn't do a great job. The back of the sink was very dirty, a long hair was laying there.
Parking is limited unless you park at Tru by Hilton parking space. Only one disable parking at the main lobby. The rest of disable parking are at the back entrance. Not convenience
Nice hotel. Wood stay again but not near elevator. Bell on it was very load and about a 1 inch gap under room door so sound would carry. Other than night very clean, nicely set up modern hotel!
Room was quite "roomy" but the beds seemed smaller then the queens stated on the website. Staff were very attentive and nice. We thought a breakfast buffet was offered but that was not the case. The pictures on the website show a breakfast buffet. We understand that due to the pandemic, breakfast was probably not offered. Just coffee and cereals mainly. Overall, the room was quite nice.

The front desk staff was friendly upon check-in. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very disappointing and lacked Marriot standard quality that I am accustomed too. Breakfast lacked selection and eggs were runny. The apple juice tasted like concentrate and overall, breakfast looked "lack luster".
