Property was older and not well kept up. First room smelt like old wet mildew very strong like the room had gotten wet. Was upgraded to third flor as if it was any better. Roaches everywhere. Toilet didnt flush down properly. Lamps did not work or either broken. Cheap dainty towels and only two bath one hand towel and one wash cloth. One tiny bar of soap no body was or shampoo. Hair dryer did not work. Coffe maker did not work. The Tv did work nor the the screen function clearly. It looked like it had been drop. A/C BARELY kept room cooled. I was too tired to even complaint anymore. Just wanted to sleep get some rest from a long day from a funeral. Will not recommend nor will i ever stay here again. And if i wanted a better room on the first floor i had to pay more extra than what i was paying for in the first place. Do not was waste your time or money. No breakfast just basic coffe and cold pastry no hot breakfast no cereal offered. Pictures did not match website. No ice machines worked on property. No fridge or microwaves in rooms.no refunds or any thing.

Breakfast was bagel and toast and coffee with nats bussing around the container pool was not usable it was green ice machine didn’t work was charged an additional 50$ deposit that was returnable no microwave or fridge in room if I wanted that would been an additional 25$ per day … horrible experience

The property was not very well kept. The elevator was out of service. The room had a dirty smell to it as well as the bed sheets had stains. The shower was dirty and started non stop running after it was turned on the first time

The property advertises (and pictures show) it to be clean and modern and very nice. Truth, the pictures have to be 10 years old, the rooms are run down and OLD and dirty. DID NOT FEEL SAFE here.

Literally were there for an hour checked in one room smelled like wet dog moved us to another and it had bugs the property looked abandoned and like it should be condemned. Went to check out and the guy at the front desk would not give me proof I was leaving said his printer was not working asked for an email and still would not. So I took a video of him saying I was checked out!!! DO NOT ROOM HERE most unsanitary place o have ever seen in my life

Booked a room last second, walked in the room and right off the back their was roaches under the pillow and on the doorway wall. Room smelled like urine. No microwave no iron when we request it no ice machine towel were nasty we had to buy some and the door second lock was broken and last since we went through hotel.com they put us in the third floor. The only ones up there the pool was with green water. Not a good place to stay

We found a dead bed bug on the door frame and mold in the bathtub. The room was still dirty from the night before with sand still on the floors. We got our refund from expedia but We never got our deposit back. Trashy hotel.
