Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location is perfect - super close to the beach, having the pool/splash pad/playground was exactly what we needed when we needed to tire the kids out but stay out of the sun, and both beds being a king was perfection. The area was quiet, no parties, perfect for families vacationing with littles. We had a great stay.

Well insulated

We had a baby and two dogs. We were worried about bothering others, but the units were well insulated. This helped us enjoy our little bunch without worrying that we were bothering others.

Great Location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This location was great! Plenty of room in the house and kids had a blast. The refrigerator initially smelled like fish and had blood throughout inside. The Padre Escapes team was quick to come after hours to clean it thoroughly. They were great and very friendly throughout the process. We will rent from them again.
